After a century of use, this charming and spacious one hundred and eighty square metre house (1900) near the Wilhelminapark in East Utrecht was subject to considerable wear. Serge Schoemaker Architects converted the three story mansion completely and extended the ground floor into the garden to fulfil the needs of the new owners and their two children.
